Our offices are located in rural North Wales, near Corwen. The office is heated with wood from local sources, the nearest being about a kilometre away. This forest provides around 80% of the wood we use for heating and hot water. The original oil-fired system has not been used since acquiring the office in 2008.
Sustainable Science use locally sourced products wherever possible and strive to reuse and recycle where appropriate. The props and equipment for our presentations uses a high percentage of either recycled or reused materials.
